This is really gonna be quite a big complex. Will add a nice presence on Harrison here with Ink Block right across the street. Hopefully Harrison is gonna become quite the corridor over he next 5 years with all these buildouts and proposals.

Billerica is not a slum, but I would hardly call it well off. Nowhere near the affluence of a place like Newton.

Maybe a lack of true experienced masons in the area drives up cost for this specific labor enough to make the project as a whole less profitable versus other uglier options?

there is a project going up on a portion of those lots (I'm too lazy to search for the thread on here, but we do have one for that project). It was dissapointingly small, considering this is RIGHT next to a heavy rail stop. But I guess something is better than an empty lot.

bowling/pool/bar/karaoke/restaurant (I think the one by Prudential serves food?). Its a big nightlife spot, should be a good destination spot for visitors to Assembly.

Re: North-South Rail Link I don't think Aquarium is as close to Haymarket as you think it is. Those would be very long walkways and even moving wouldn't be a quick trip. I could be wrong, but would almost think South Station would be closer to Aquarium, and might make more sense for moving...
