I totally pre-judged this one months ago, and really like how its turning out. Very excited to see what this will look like when its finished and lit up at night, and especially what this "glass curtain" front is going to end up looking like.

Would Silverline busses and greenline trolleys both running in the Transitway cause any issues? As has been noted, the Silverline busses move a lot slower than a trolley would, would it cause service disruptions to the greenline?

Do the parking garages on the Grand Union Blvd-side of phase 1 have ground floor retail? I'm curious if when the lots on the other side of Grand Union get built, will it be a retail corridor? I haven't been down there to check out Assembly Sq yet and its tough to tell from that render.

IMO you can never have enough live music spots in the city, and this is doubly true here considering one of the world's premier music schools is across the street.

Never occurred to me, but I like your thinking. Of course, I like your thinking because I believe F-line once mentioned that re-directing funds from SCR could pay for Red-Blue, BLX-Lynn, AND GLX mini-extension to Porter, and that probably won't happen either way.

Good infill. I wonder when the Parcel 12 project right next to this is going to get started, or if they'll work on the Parcel 15 piece first and do 12 after.

Looking closely at the render, you seem to be right, it looks like the white and dirty white (gray) panels that seem to be randomly placed on Waterside. I hope they choose better panels, and I still have no idea why the Waterside developers thought that would be a good look.
