Re: W Hotel Great picture! flickr has been very reliable lately, we have gotten many great photo updates from flickr. And I love this picture especially since I not only see 1 crane, but 2! haha I love that there are cranes rising around Boston, it makes me feel like there is hope for Boston yet!

Re: 45 Province St ^Ya, i was looking at that earlier for reference. You can see how on the left side it goes inward and goes up more....from the rendering it appears that there is still that little stump part to build.

^The first shot is bad because I am pretty sure there is no roadway like that, with 2 roads, 2 lanes each, and a "Welcome to Boston" sign....that always bothered me in this movie. I wish they had just shown like I93 or 128 or something, not the crap they made up. The second photo however is...

I like the Greenway, but I must admit I miss the elevated highway. It definitely made that area feel more "urban" and just the way it separated the North End and downtown was kind of a nice experience to go through. The overpass reminded me of Chicago's many overhead ramps for subways and...

Re: New BU Tower Well, I am definitely looking for the true college experience. From the information and other stuff I have been looking at about Northeastern, it seems like a great school. It is right in Boston, it has sports, a large campus, and internships. It seems like it has everything...

Thank you everyone for all your help! I passed my paper in last Tuesday (all 10 pages of it haha) and I spent a lot of hard work and time on it, so hopefully I get a B+ or A. Once again though, thank you for all your input everyone! A lot of the books were great sources I used.

Re: New BU Tower I am thinking about going to Northeastern, as of now it is my top choice...i know some of the members here have gone there (as shown in some of the above posts) but can maybe some of you give me some insight about Northeastern....it seems like a great school, with a great campus.

I just meant from my experiences not in general. I used to go there all the time cause my great grandma lived there, so I remember how it used to feel for me. I am just saying, there definitely is a noticeable increase in Hispanics is all i am saying.

Nothing is wrong with the Hispanics, I just mean there aren't a lot of Italians there anymore, so it has lost some of the feel it used to have when I was younger.

Very very attractive. Portsmouth is really a beautiful low-rise city. I kinda wish they would build a couple of these nice buildings, except a little taller to improve the skyline.
