Ya, people do go 80, but this will be a lot better with being caught by cops. If you go 10 mph over the speed limit, cops usually don't bust you, so now you can go 80 in a 70 and it wouldn't be as bad as going 80 in a 65.

Ya, the Toronto one is my dream tower. I absolutely love that one, it would fit nicely in almost any major city in the US, and this is the type of tower Boston needs.

Re: Filene's I think that although it may not officially be called Filene's Tower, people will still refer to it as Filene's Tower. Most people in Greater Boston know about the Filene's basement there, and even if they don't, people that do who call it Filene's Tower will call it that around...

Ya, the CVS is SOOO outta place like that in downtown Boston. That sort of building should not be allowed in that area, so something tall and thin definitely should be built there. Also, 33 Arch Street looks sooo sleek, i love it. I forgot how sleek that building is, and it really stands out...
