That's a very weird opinion. What do you not like about the residential areas north of the pike? The industrial areas are already being redeveloped and consolidation of ownership indicates the commercial strips will likely be redeveloped as well. And I don't think anyone wants to blow up Harvard...

I don't see anything on that page showing that Boston Volvo Village will go up or hide building 2 in any way.

Boston doesn't have guest passes though, which was the question. What Boston does have are rental car passes for residents. The system doesn't really work well with ZipCar or weekend rentals though.
