I would really like to see it demolished while some of those who designed it are still alive, so they can die in shame as sad, bitter, broken, failures, knowing that their proudest creation is nothing but rubble while the citizens rejoice.

The CIP angles are cool. Have we seen that on any of the recent projects of similar construction?

That is what they did for Government Center and Orient Heights. It is disruptive, but not nearly as disruptive as a construction period twice that long. Probably a better product too. Sometimes you have to rip that band-aid.
