GrandMarc Residence Hall (YMCA) @ Northeastern U | 291 St. Botolph Street | Fenway

Re: YMCA/ Northeastern Dorm (formerly GrandMarc at St. Botolph) I actually don't know the arguments for why this building is important. Is being old enough of a reason? It's not really architecturally important is it? It seems pretty plain to me.

    Fan Pier Developments | Seaport

Why is the park on that street so enormous? If something's going to take away from the urban feel here, it won't be the streets it'll be the broad open spaces. And the plans show another huge park is designated to be right across Northern Ave. from it. It's going to be a very windy neighborhood.

Liberty Wharf | 220-270 Northern Ave | Seaport

Re: Liberty Wharf (Jimmy's Harborside) The side building is going to be a bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Another tidbit, there isn't parking nearby for this building so the restaurant customers and even office tenants have their cars valet parked in a lot near WTC station.
