That's pretty helpful, but I would argue that it's not a very good use of resources. I think for the first couple weeks (maybe that's when you got your card) it makes sense that the T would proactively and personally hand out the cards. But after that, why pay a full time staff person to hand...

Colleges in Downtown Crossing is a great solution to its issues. It could so easily become a bigger Harvard Square, and 24 hours at that.

Re: I love it Ideally, the more frequent subway transit would take the place of frequent commuter rail. If they were to keep the commuter rail lines that extend beyond, through Lynn for example, they could skip all intermediary stations and make the commuter rail trip more express.
