Tallest building in town, can you name the city?

Full disclosure, this was the corporate HQ for a major US business for decades, until it was demolished about 25 years ago.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

A fair amount of street activity on a cold day ... nice to see that in the Chinatown / downtown area.

Agreed and I doubt we'll ever see the high-rise expansion that we've seen during the past 10 years or so, ever. There is such a glut of commercial real-estate with more vacancies coming as leases come to term that they will need to re-purpose existing building.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

I think that 2nd level atrium would be a cool spot to grab lunch assuming it will be open to the public.

Table Talk Lofts | Washington Street | Worcester

I suspect that local restaurant and bar activity will pick up when the various apartments & condo projects are completed and occupied. The canal district is far from complete.

Amazon Office II/SeaPAC | 1 Boston Wharf Rd. (Seaport Sq Parcel L5) | Seaport

How are buildings designed to merit the label of "Life-science"? Are these just office buildings with supplemental power and cooling to support lab space but they are tagged with the catch-phrase of life-science to increase the price-per-square-foot? Having said that, I think the design /...

Apparently, you never had to commute through/to Everett.

Everett Docklands Innovation District | 52 Beacham Street | Everett

I suppose if you live in Boston and the immediate suburbs then the Rev's in Everett will be very appealing. But for those living outside of 495, it's a non-starter. Getting to Everett sucks.

I like it. The streetscape is inviting. Always like it when architects incorporate archways.

Are these storage tanks still in use by Exxon? If so, where do they intend to re-supply the local depots? Those tanks are huge.

Dick’s House of Sports | Prudential Center | Back Bay

I think the zoning height limit it quite high, maybe exceeding 800'? Perfect for a high-rise.
