    4 years for the completion of a tower is not that bad. In the meantime Winthrop Square and One Congress will most likely be completed giving the city 3 new 600' plus towers.

    ^From this angle, it really looks like the downtown skyline has a lot of gaps. Obviously Winthrop Center will kinda plug a hole as would SST. The opposite angle from Eastie/Logan across the harbor always presents a much "denser" filled out skyline.

    So this thing is finally going vertical! Hell yes! Good to see that COVID isn't slowing this or One Congress down. Just hope South Station Tower can rise soon as well.

    See I would think it would be the other way around. That 65+ folks would move to the suburbs where its quieter and higher income (100K+) millenials would flock to the city centers so they can be near the restaurants, theatres, museums, and eateries to meet up with their Hinge/Bumble/Tinder dates.
