I might be in the minority here but I’d be fine with them moving the Citgo sign (not that this idea has ever been discussed) across the street atop the Commonwealth Hotel. This would allow height here which might’ve paid for saving the corner facade. I’m not sure what brouhaha moved sight lines...

Back Bay spine and 1 Dalton as seen from the southeast expressway, I-93, driving north towards Boston. The first is taken just beyond the Braintree split. The second & third are near the gas tank. The last near the old Globe building. Not sure I’ve seen these vantage points on this thread.

Saw this new-ish MBTA related twitter page on the SF Muni Diaries FB page.

I had posted earlier photos of these on the AB FB page. They are in the parking lot of Suffolk Downs. Seeing that HYM now owns SD they could be for one congress and were built here temporarily since there is little room on site? Just a wild guess. Looks like one of these is being demolished soon.
