Exactly. My comment wasn't a shot at Bain or any other company but like SM89 said, it's about publicly accessible space particularly rooftop access. It's something NYC does extremely well but Boston does soo poorly.

Unfortunately that terrace will never be publicly accessible. Just a perk for Bain & Co employees.

Much needed housing along Morrissey. Unfortunately, I would not wanna open my windows if I lived there and inhaled all of those fine particulates being given off from the cars on 93. Regardless, I hope the build more housing and that eventually leads to a T Stop.

Can't wait until the Mystic power plant and the gas tanks in Everett are redeveloped and gone. Such an eye sore.

Nice to see that stretch of Mystic ave getting some good retail. I always felt this whole stretch is underdeveloped & underutilized. Feel like this whole street is ripe for housing development as well.

Moynihan's food/drink area offers plenty of areas to sit. Having just taking the train from Boston to NYC and back, I definitely agree that South Station feels dark, dingy and dated. There should be at least one place to grab a drink and the food options are subpar at best.

Great to see this get some new life but the name of this building is awful. The Chandlery? I literally think of Friends each time I read this and not in a good way.

It was definitely cool with the wind but not too bad. Having a couple drinks definitely helped me stay warm. As much as I miss top of the hub, I gotta say it's really nice having the outdoor area. Wish there were more spaces like it in Boston. Can't wait to go back.
