The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Possibly, or at least a design award if done properly. It's just as much about aesthetics (both on its own and in context of its surroundings) as well as street-level design and I agree that something 800+ feet here would look very aesthetically pleasing. I think another one in the 1 Dalton/Pru...

One Post Office Square Makeover and Expansion | Financial District

It definitely does seem like they've been stuck at this point in the middle of bottom-up and top-down forever now, or at least since the summer.

Longwood Place (Simmons Residential Campus) | 305 Brookline Avenue | Longwood

This is how 99% of interactions on social media and other platforms goes now, for at least the last 5 years. It's exhausting how there are ALWAYS people who need to jump down others' throats for every single damn comment! So few people know how to communicate and have back-and-forths, in text...

Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial | Boston Common | Downtown

Why are we bumping this thread 3 months later with a response and no updated information?

Skanska Office Tower | 380 Stuart Street | Back Bay

I remember that, though I thought that was just one parcel of that area. Perhaps it didn't make enough fiscal sense to do it back then but there certainly seems to be a case for these parcels now and over the next 10 years or so.

Skanska Office Tower | 380 Stuart Street | Back Bay

If they would just deck the Pike here between Berklee, Clarendon, and Dartmouth to Back Bay Station, they could knit this neighborhood together and open up opportunities for more towers. There's so much opportunity here every time I walk over the bridge from the South End to Club Cafe I look at...

One Post Office Square Makeover and Expansion | Financial District

With how fast the other parts of this building went, I would've thought this thing would be wrapping up by now.

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

True but there are some notable standouts (such as this will be) from Logan, so for visitors first arriving it definitely adds to the cityscape and kinda visually lengthens the city east-west.

The Ropewalk | 5th Street | Charlestown Navy Yard

There's no way this is supposed to look like this in its final form. The stone is in awful condition throughout!

    441 Morgan Ave | Lot U | Cambridge Crossing | Cambridge

Social media serves as the public shaming/ tar and feathering of modern times. Post videos of idiots being idiots and some will learn from their shame, but most won't.

    Park 151 | 151 N First Street | Cambridge Crossing | East Cambridge

So is this definitely the tallest building planned for Cambridge Crossing?

The Bon | 1260 Boylston Street | Fenway

There's only about a thousand articles out there on virtually every automotive website (Car and Driver, Autoblog, MotorTrend etc) as well as articles on Boston.com. Come on man, this news has been out there for a few years now.

The Bon | 1260 Boylston Street | Fenway

New gas vehicles will be gone in 10 years or less. Many auto manufacturers are going full-electric by 2025 and almost all will be full-electric by 2030. Boston (maybe all of Mass?) will be all-electric by 2035, so this is not a pipe dream nor just for the rich, sorry for the reality check...

State Street HQ | One Congress | Bulfinch Crossing | West End

I'm really digging how silver this glass is turning out! Very very elegant and different from the all the blue ones!

One Mystic | 1 Mystic Avenue | Charlestown

"Progressive" means progress, movement forward. Somehow certain political beliefs associate "progressive" with "liberal" and other negative connotations. It's completely ridiculous, but there certainly are portions of the population that would prefer to NOT advance, move forward, or progress...

Bay Village Apartment Tower | 212 Stuart St. | Bay Village

I know, and I get that. My point being that, like a model whose arms are exposed and taken into account for the design of a shirt, they may be viewed as an attractive part, but the overall attractiveness of the model is certainly not hinged upon the elbow. The sharply defined corners of this...

I'm not sure where some of you are getting your information regarding the sales of many of these places. One of my best friend's wife is in top-tier sales and has numerous clients who have put money down on places in St Regis, Dalton, MP, Sudbury and most others and she says that, though they...

It's about 15 cents more in the city than in the suburbs. I just got back from Chicago and everywhere there is well over $4 even for 87. NY metro area is also around $4 and up. Cali is close to $5, so Boston isn't all that expensive unless you're comparing it to somewhere rural.

Bay Village Apartment Tower | 212 Stuart St. | Bay Village

^^ This photo sums up everything that is wrong with this building. Aesthetically I don't think the designers can look at this and feel proud. The color is so light it adds to the cheapend and aged appearance.
