I like both parts of the building themselves, but the junction between the old building and the new tower isn't satisfactory to me. I would like to see more of a transition. As it looks now, it looks like a tower was just dropped on the flat roof of the existing building. Something bothers me...

Re: Dock Square Parking Garage | 20 Clinton Street | This is still a city and despite how unfortunate it is, a LOT of people drive in daily. Parking garages are still a necessity.

People complain when everything is tan / gray, people complain when there is color involved. You cant win.

I'm pretty sure it's just a storage area. It doesn't connect to the building.

The CBC in the Seaport has also closed.

I walk by that beige/green disaster every day. The colors are even worse in person.

I'm guessing that there's more of a financial incentive in those other projects to complete under a certain schedule. This is just a park. Who knows.

Winter really slowed down this project, the ground was too cold. It sat dormant for months.

I like the white.

At first glance, I though that was the insulation, not the brick. Its different, like it.

That site has been vacant for a long long time. It's good to see something finally go up there.

They're erecting the mechanical screen, the base building is topped off.

Once some restaurant / retail starts opening, it will be really lively.
