Not sure but I think this one is on the parking lots along Burgin Pkwy behind that row of buildings on Hancock. The developments in that render were announced a couple or so months ago.

Yeah, Seaport is bustling but this sentiment expressed by this Seaport dweller is that underlying thing that keeps me from liking the area. It's a city for those who just want nice views and good restaurants.

While we're on the subject of art at the mall, does anyone know what happened to the Boston Tapestry sculpture that used to be near the escalator by the Prudential entrance? As a kid I used to just stand there and gaze at it. I was never able to find any info on its current whereabouts.

The gas station is a small plot that I imagine would be a challenge. Maybe replace that triangle intersection with a roundabout to simplify traffic patterns and add the freed up space to the Dunkin parcel so that can get some decent redevelopment. More room is needed anyway to gracefully...

Most of the buildings here are gone, particularly to the right of the train tracks. Common knowledge to most here, I'm sure, but it never fails to blow my mind.

And nearly 100 years later we still have those same 2 empty parcels on Brookline and Deerfield.
