Looks like this is moving forward? The parking lot has been closed off with barricades/caution tape for at least the past two weeks (I live nearby) and the boring truck arrived Monday morning.

I second this PSA! I've been going to "Tuesday movie night" at Icon since they opened. Honestly a top-notch theater experience overall and usually never overcrowded. Plus it's always an excuse to check out what's new in the neighborhood. I'd highly recommend to all!
