The mill building across the street is just about wrapped up and came out pretty beautiful. I’m glad to see this will get the same treatment. Would be great to get the theater reopened as a community/independent theater. If only mega millions would hit lol

Agreed! This site was built to handle hundreds of people in/out every day just a change behind the reason why they’re in/out.

Is the old McDonald’s still there? I worked there 5 years ago and it was still just a blank wall. Would love to see inside and shocked nothings been done.

I’m just a casual observer but I think those are expansion joints? I really wish we got the corner entrance on the second and third iterations. Disappointing miss in my opinion.
