I think Rowes Wharf has 5 levels of underground parking. Independence Wharf has underground parking and Russia Wharf will have underground parking. And with Russia Wharf they also have to deal with the Silverline tunnel that runs underneath the building.

I like that idea, just not at this location. Riverside is the suburbs and residents would need a car to do just about anything. (especially since the T shuts down at night)
