Is there any retail in Phase I of Bay House? They have a new banner up on the corner of the Hyatt hotel construction site on Fore street. The corner glass looks really odd in random in the designs I've seen. Hope it looks good when it's done. On a side note, I've found way more construction...

Wow that new pic looks sad and depleted. Good news is they have tenants lined up and obviously one of them is WEX. I'm surpised the hotel is still a go. With all the hotels downtown, why would somebody want to stay there? Also it's so far down. Maybe it's more watery scenic than I think at...

Pretty bad pic but it shows that it does not bury the view from the corner and that's plenty of space for a plaza. I like how they say it will be glass around it with art inside. Looks like they're raising it all to street level which is good.
