Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

I believe the MT started rising above ground in early August 2014, which would mean it took about 13 months to top out. Even with One Dalton's smaller floor area and the seemingly ridiculous speed that Suffolk was able to complete concrete work at MT, I don't think they have a shot at topping...

Yes. Those don't even break 400 feet. This will be 415 + mechanical penthouse.

Twenty Two Liberty @ Fan Pier | 22 Liberty Drive - Parcel C | Seaport

I wonder if the inlet was part of a mitigation requirement during Ch. 91 permitting process, since they were constructing on "filled tidelands." Perhaps another permitting process as well. That would certainly provide some flood mitigation.

Lovejoy Wharf | 131 Beverly Street | West End

I'll take it, even though you technically beat me to it. With all of you industry insiders out there (I'm a mere environmental consultant that just happens to be a fan of architecture/urban development), I'm lucky if I can break any sort of relevant news on here.

    Millennium Tower (Filene's) | 426 Washington Street | Downtown

Correct me if I'm wrong - didn't we figure out that 685 was a marketing gimmick, the reality being that the number is actually the altitude (height above MSL)? The USGS topo maps seem to corroborate this (the property is located somewhat between the 30 and 40 foot contours). The renderings...

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Re: The Boston Garden (TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End Doesn't look like it will break 500' looking at the height relative to Avalon NS.

They also indicated that it's 55 stories, not 56. So, based on a building height of 625, we should be breaking the 600 foot barrier soon, if not already (not sure if they've moved to 53 yet). Looks >600 feet altitude wise already.

I would like to see something around 700. So far, my only complaint with the building is that it looks a little wide from certain angles relative to its height. I think the extra height would help a little.

The Beverly (née Merano) (Parcels 1B & 1C) | Bulfinch Triangle | West End

Re: The Merano Now we can install the mock up and wait 10 years. I have a feeling the gray panels in the render are gonna be garbage, but I'm excited about the project. What's the construction schedule? Is the company that's using the parcel as staging going to get the boot, or will they...

[ARCHIVED] Harbor Garage Redevelopment | 70 East India Row | Waterfront | Downtown

Agreed. Im a huge fan of the most recent render. I could care less about shadows on long wharf or the greenway or blocking views of the custom house tower from a certain angle. I'm all for preserving what makes Boston unique, but It's a freaking city. We only have so many spots to build up...

Lovejoy Wharf | 131 Beverly Street | West End

Not sure if someone previously discovered this during the Converse phase of the project, but I found a construction webcam on RB's website, that shoots still photos of progress (40 min +/- intervals). Gives a great perspective of the entire site, and the resolution is ok. Crane assembly is...

    Millennium Tower (Filene's) | 426 Washington Street | Downtown

Wikipedia says One Financial Center is 683 with antenna. MT will be 685, so looking at the photos (and trying to adjust for perspective) I would guess closer to 2/3 up the boom. Even though it will be the tallest in that part of town, I don't think it will be the true "plateau breaker"...
