The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

I refuse to acknowledge that the tower podium exists. I hope it never gets built (I'd nix both towers too). Buuuuttttt...if you really want to go there, sure, I'm referring to the base building. Sorry for not using appropriate jargon. I, for one, did not like the rust, burnt sienna, umber...

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

They've installed a few panels on the side of the office tower podium that faces Portal Park. I will say it looks better than the renders. It has a slight patina that reminds me a little of weathered corten steel. I don't think it is corten steel though.

Seaport Neighborhood - Infill and Discussion

Re: Innovation Dist. / South Boston Seaport Nature had that figured out when it created salt marshes eons ago. Unfortunately, it took humans another 300 years to figure out their utility.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

They appear to be shifting the location of the tower crane for the residential tower/hotel. There is a new crane base being installed at the top of the podium, along the causeway street side of the structure. Its sitting on top of some large steel beams that were installed 1-2 months ago.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

Iif you click on the link and scroll down, there is a video posted of water (and a dumpster) flowing down Farnsworth Street near 10 Farnsworth. Doesn't look too deep there. https://weather.com/storms/winter/news/2018-01-04-winter-storm-grayson-northeast-bombogenesis-snow-forecast

Suffolk Downs Redevelopment | East Boston/Revere

Sales creek needs to be daylighted along it's entire reach through the property and the geometry needs to be resolved to something more comparative to other natural reference reaches in the area. They should be adding a vegetated buffer as well.

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

Honestly I don't think they are really wide enough to support any substantial greenery, and they are likely to quickly wrecked by sand, salt, cars, people. I think the street trees being installed are enough. The cycle track only runs halfway down Causeway anyway.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

I don't like to beat a dead horse, but this hits close to home for me. My sister is paralyzed from the waist down because of some idiot with a cell phone and poor judgement. If you were parked it's fine. If your S.O. was leaning over to take a pic that's fine. I see, blurry, angled photos...

Someone is taking them from the drivers side seat (see bullfinch photos). Whoever it is, shouldn't be.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District Why are we arguing this point with DZ? He cannot be reasoned with in any way shape or form when it comes to the topic of height and its importance. There is absolutely no benefit to having the "debate". Let him complain. Meanwhile, the rest of us...

    121 Seaport Boulevard | Parcel L2 | Seaport Square

That is great news. It's interesting. In my admittedly limited observations, it seems that most Class A office space that is built on speculation seems to get filled up, while those that wait for tenants (e.g., One Congress, Hub on Causeway, etc.) seem to gather dust. Perhaps it's still too...

The Hub on Causeway (née TD Garden Towers) | 80 Causeway Street | West End

I don't know how high they can take that core without lateral support (anyone out there know?). Perhaps they are holding here until the steel workers finish with the office podium and can start work on the residential podium.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

I'm actually curious myself. I'd be hesitant to say that the Four Seasons doesn't know the height of their own building, but if that's the case, why the discrepancy? It could finally give us insights into the true accuracy of the FAA numbers. Will be interesting to see what you hear, if you...
