Yeah. I'm really trying to like the building. I think if the point of tangency of the curve was aligned with the angle of the splay (if that makes any sense), this would be much more appealing to me, IMHO. I will wait until glazing is complete to render final judgement.

The construction website was updated last week. They indicated that they are finishing up the deep foundation work. I would anticipate excavation to start very soon.

Looks like folks at the flower exchange will be vacating by end of year. Still no word on the buyer. There have been holdups with the closing, but things may be finalized soon...
