relatively to the rest of seaport, this parcel is pretty small which is a nice change.

Just because it isn't legally restricted doesn't mean the current design doesn't create the sense that this area isn't accessible.

I don't know, I think this area could use some public open green space (I know fens is nearby but nothing really inside the neighborhood) and this spot would be a prime location for it. There's nowhere in here to just sit and chill. Could double as storm-water mitigation too.

I live here car free and its great. I don't go to Watertown ever so idk thats obviously an issue with Urban Ring. Do i see the hour long commute to Watertown a determining factor in parking in Roslindale? No.

this could prob use half the parking than whats proposed. This area has some of the best access--on top of a commuter rail and adjacent to essentially non-stop bus service to Forest Hills and you're right next to the best park in the city :rolleyes:

There are quite a few holes in the street wall along Dudley street by Nubian Square that make Dudley st feel very disconnected from the Square. I think something next to Hibernian Hall would really help work to make it feel like a continuous business district.

everytime I went to Machine there was a distinct puke smell lol.

I think there will still be a road diet for right there. Based on the renders the entrance to the road will be made smaller, and some more road will be taken up by the sidewalk/landscaping. That said, I'll wait till I see it happen for real.

At first glance this looks like a bad development for Rozzie, but it does partner with the local businesses and the retail sizes are small and will fit the neighborhood. I like it!
