    75 Morrissey Boulevard | Dorchester

For real. I was just looking recently and one section of it has 13 car lanes.... It would be great if it was a two-lane bike lane on the side of Morrissey closest to the train tracks so that there was better connection from this side of JFK to Savin Hill.

The Residences at Forest Hills | 3694 Washington Street | Jamaica Plain

It looks like they tried to match the neighborhood character...which is gray asphalt and green crosswalks for bikes.

Washington Village | Andrew Square | South Boston

8 (to 16) floors is really a good sweet spot for more buildings to be hitting. 3-5 just isn't cutting it really to put a dent in housing.

What is the plan for this site? I would love to see this used as a development site.

    Wakefield Developments

Have to say, went through Wakefield on the commuter rail for the first time yesterday and that is probably one of the coolest stations with the shops directly abutting the platform. Feels very locked in time.

1400 Boylston Street | Star Market & Gulf | Fenway

??? They own the lot that that parking lot is on...hence the park they are proposing to develop there....anyways :censored:

I think what should happen instead is keep the proposed park space where the gas station is located, then the parking lot abutting Peterborough could me a smaller, separate low-rise residential.

MBTA Commuter Rail (Operations, Keolis, & Short Term)

They really should add a platform to stop in Walpole. It looks like there's room for an auxiliary platform across the Elm Street bridge by the extra parking lots.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

So where does the entrance for residents/employees of the offices go? It seems kinda cumbersome to get into it.

The Chandlery | 270 Dorchester Ave | South Boston

Sounds like you're talking about conspicuous consumption, which is funny that you think you are immune, or that this is just a facet of low-income people. anyways... I really hope this gets built as the sidewalk next to it is really a sad state and kinda dangerous tbh.

    Fairmount Line Upgrade

valid points. The reason I said NR rail link is cause if you're gonna tunnel from south station to Blue then why would you not make it part of NS rail link..

    Fairmount Line Upgrade

Maybe this is too "crazy transit pitch" territory, but what I would love is Fairmount become subway service, build NS Rail Link and make Fairmount a branch of the blue line. OR subwayify part of newbury port line and connect it through to Chelsea for a whole separate line.

Bay Village Infill and Small Developments

Its just these newer developments are insane to include parking imo. Like this is the ultimate walkable neighborhood and yet people need to have their cars so they never have to walk around the neighborhood. Its just silly to me that only extremely rich people get to enjoy such a great...
