I would use this ferry if stopped at Herter Park. Depending on the timing, price, and where it connects to it would be nice to add this to the options for getting around without a car.

The Allston Hall is done and the condos are up for sale. I had previously thought the screenshot below showed one building (historic remodel with modern addition) but it looks like it’s actually two separate buildings.

The transition from Allston Yards to Boston Landing has a couple of awkward spots. I wonder if there’s any way to fix them. 1) the dead-ending of the Braintree St. extension right next to the Kiss n ride looks like they should connect. I’m guessing this is to avoid through traffic. I don’t...

I walked through today (6/3) and they were paving the Guest Street extension.

A crane is going up on the site! I’m holding out hope that the residential building could be decent.

To make it weirder, it’s not actually a stop and shop sign. It has the stop and shop logo dots but says “Allston Yards.” I think it’s an odd interior design choice.

Building A is looking close to done.

Looks like facade work is done on the second building. Still much left to be done.

Looks like an improvement over what is there now.

I took these the other night. I got a couple of shots of building A from the Everett street side and tried to get shots of the reconfiguration of the intersection of Guest and Everett streets.

the windows on the top two floors for Allston Hall are gone and there is a for rent sign up in front of the building on highgate.

It looks like work might be starting on the Allston Hall part of the project (workers on the roof):

Not very attractive in the render, but maybe the final build won’t look as odd.
