Re: Waterside Place I am opposed to any major retail developments in this area when we so desperately need to revive downtown. Small nedighborhood retail, a supermarket, even a cinema would be fine.

Re: 45 Province St You are correct with that assessment. Had the balconies been faced in terra cotta instead of exposed concrete, the art moderne aspect would have been much stronger.

Oh, yes, it has! Now if ever there were a spot for a super-tall.....especially from the vantage point of the South Station area.
