This is quite noticeable even from across the river on Storrow, extending the Cambridge skyline...

The intellectual/innovation brainpower in this one square mile is just unreal...

Not the historic building facing Copley but the building in rear could have a new tower developed above forming a gateway with eventual redevelopment at Back Bay Station and hopefully one day a revived Copley Tower proposal...

Wouldnt this site have been a great place to relocate Gillette and the Postal Service from next to South Station into new modern green facilities to free up the land along Fort Point Channel for South Station expansion and general redevelopment?

Prettier than a parking garage - this is the type of urbanism should be building in the Seaport...

This is horrid, but IF we allow wholesale demo and new build, we MUST make sure the design value holds up so we don't get another Hotel Commonwealth fiasco etc. and right now with this site, Payless in Downtown Crossing, the building that was demo'd for Raffles near Copley and the WHOOP disaster...

There is still a B&N in East Walpole on Route 1 North, large but empty was just there - is it weird a city like Boston is gonna have no major bookstores within city limits, besides maybe Trident on Newbury? Sad but i guess times are thus these days...
