That single lane traffic is going to be a dumpster fire in the morning. People are constantly stopping to drop off for the courthouse, and the courthouse parking lot which is right there is a disaster in terms of getting cars off the street and into the lot during rush hour.

It is right now but that area needs to get A LOT bigger. There are a few large projects coming within a block or two.

"Intrusive" and "redesign" are a bit much. It's a few rows of the worst seats in the park for some tables and chairs that might actually be nice to use during a game. It's not like they're leveling the bleachers and moving the triangle in 20 feet. Wait until the Sox someday get to the point...

I like the JFK towers, they just need to be cleaned. Losing the lowrise doesn't feel like a loss. It's just a short, bland, boxy, concrete thing that hulks next to the plaza. FWIW, in its current state I suspect it will actually frame the garage tower developments well from city hall plaza area...
