Ridiculous. Worcester would kill for something that tall and that good. It's twice the height of anything in Worcester and much better designed (yea, Worcester's three "towers" aren't exactly lookers). I liked the old design better, fwiw. I don't hate this one.

I went by a few weeks ago and think it's inoffensive in person, at least when viewed from Post Office Square. You don't really notice it because it blends into the other buildings unless you're trying to look at it. Zoomed pictures highlight it in the worst possible way IMO. I didn't see it...

I think he's suggesting the optics and/or potential future ramifications of a bid that is extremely low compared to the desired asking price would be bad.

Reading the comments section of any online news-like publication/article is generally a life mistake. Only crazy (likely also older) people hang out there. You're basically filtering for the most deranged responses possible.
