Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

That bottom render is really cool. I'd be happy with lighting like that. Won't hold my breath, though. Wish Citylover was the architect!

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District Absolutely absurd. I walk by the abandoned garage every work day. People really want that to stay there? Forget million$$$$ in revenue to the city? All those new jobs? Shut up nimbys and let's just build this thing already.

I'm a big fan. It's a LOT better than the last one. That one was so stupid.

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

I understand that, but I was thinking more from a marketing perspective. Do you know how many rich dbags out there are obsessed with status and ego? ("Well, I live in the TALLEST building in all of New England. Where do you live? Oh, the Millennium Tower? That mid-rise? So passé.")

Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

35' more and you have the tallest building in New England. As a developer, wouldn't you just go for it? Boggles my mind.

Winthrop Center | 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District

Re: 111 Federal St. | Formerly Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 Totally agree. And people on here whining "Boston is what it is - accept it!" are the types of people who would be fine if every tower in Boston just looked like 1 Beacon or 1 Federal.

Re: 111 Federal St. | Formerly Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 I agree. I was definitely Team Lendlease. It was bold and different -- things Boston doesn't do very well (architecturally).

Can someone post a photo of MT? I don't know what it looks like.

By no means am I the PC police, but it's 2016. Who seriously still uses the term "bum"?

Boston Properties Office Tower | 888 Boylston Street | Back Bay

So the plaza sucks and the building is totally uggo. Nice job, Boston Properties!

    11-21 Bromfield Street | DTX | Downtown

Technically it closes Sunday, but fair enough. But still...so much cheap clothing retail within 100 yards? It would be nice to see something else.

    11-21 Bromfield Street | DTX | Downtown

Agreed on the retail bit. Hopefully something "different" goes in there. I can't believe there's an Old Navy going in Millennium Tower. Apparently the Primark, H&M, Gap, Marshall's and TJ Maxx, all of which are a 30 second walk from each other, isn't enough.

Boston Properties Office Tower | 888 Boylston Street | Back Bay

The lady in the lobby told me she's ashamed to work there as it's such an ugly building, buy hey, a job is a job.

    11-21 Bromfield Street | DTX | Downtown

Sad. I was looking forward to a modified plan for this tower. It just needed a few design changes. Now it'll be lucky to be as tall as 45 Province Street.

Re: 111 Federal St. | Formerly Trans National Place (Winthrop Square) Part 2 I'm not trying to compare Boston to OKC. They are incomparable. Which furthers my point that I think we should have one 800-900' tower. I know a lot of people on here don't give a shit about height, but I do. Just...
