Who says the pavers are cheap? They are much more resource intensive to install and it's taken them a long time to install them. It also matches a lot of the pavers used in other parts of the Seaport. I'd much rather prefer these than concrete sidewalks and asphalt roadways.

I'm surprised this doesn't have a concrete core/elevator shaft. Do we think this is going to be similar to the office tower portion at the Hub on Causeway where there's no concrete core/elevator shaft?

Re: Parcel P-12 | Chinatown Ugh, I don't think we'll get anything close to what these proposals are showing by the time this makes it through all approvals. It's nice to see the potential of this (and many other sites) in and around the city.

It's worth noting that another co-working company, called Industrious, looks to be managing a substantial amount of space in 22 Boston Wharf Road in the Seaport. https://www.industriousoffice.com/locations/boston-seaport Per their website, space will be available late 2018.

With the flooding around the Seaport and Fort Point Channel in today's storm, I wonder how all recently completed buildings/under construction buildings held up.

The new Hopsters in the Seaport is planning their opening today, even with the snow storm.

I must say that the final design looks much better than some of the earlier renderings. It's worth noting that this is directly under the flight path for airplanes taking off and landing at Logan - 3 floors is better than nothing!
