    Yes, I believe Northeastern will own and operate the academic part of the building. ACC will own and operate the residential portion. I wonder if Northeastern plans to continue this sort of structure with all future dorms? I guess time will tell.

    Not sure why they think reddit is the best place to voice their complaints. None of the project managers are likely to see their comments. Their energy would be better spent going to the project's website and emailing a project manager about possibly start the pile driving later in the morning.

    Hopefully, COVID hasn't delayed this project too much. wonder if we will get any updates on other projects in the pipeline such as the punter's pub reuse and Ryder hall development, both were labeled being high priority way back in the Dec 2018 task force meeting.

    My current theory is whenever Joseph Aoun, the current president of Northeastern, retires the school will name both buildings after him. Maybe the "Aoun engineering complex". regardless, I think he will have something named after him. He's been such a huge reason for the growth of the school...
