    Marine Industrial Park | Seaport

I kept hoping that perhaps Coast Guard would move here from North End freeing up even more valuable land for development there....

State Street HQ | One Congress | Bulfinch Crossing | West End

I don't mind solid panels vs glass. I do mind their color though. I think it would've been better to blend instead of articulating edges.

Midtown Hotel Redevelopment | 220 Huntington Avenue | Back Bay

This is my second most favorite project in the city after Parcel 12 development over I90 - it is going to have a similar transformational impact to a forgotten corner of a long established area. It is unfortunate that it's taking this long - but at least the proposal is very solid.

Midtown Hotel Redevelopment | 220 Huntington Avenue | Back Bay

I actually like this approach - it will continue the street wall at roughly the same height as Greenhouse apartments. Hopefully will provide a bit wider sidewalk...

Lyrik Back Bay | 1001 Boylston Street (Parcel 12) | Back Bay

Hopefully, this will encourage redevelopment of that parking garage and Harvard Club's parking lot...

Marine Wharf (Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites) | 660 Summer St | Seaport

I really like the massing on this one. But that siding - ugh...

Midtown Hotel Redevelopment | 220 Huntington Avenue | Back Bay

I'd be happy if it continues at the height of Colonnade Hotel and with better street activation.

Seaport Sq. Block N | 350 Summer Street | Seaport

Unfortunately, there's vast USPS and BCEC lots on the other side. Plus all the parking lots between Omni and Marina Wharf. Still a lot to do...

Fenway Center (One Kenmore) | Turnpike Parcel 7, Beacon Street | Fenway

This is awesome, but isn't it pretty weird that they are building over the pike yet there are a number of parking lots in that picture?

Lyrik Back Bay | 1001 Boylston Street (Parcel 12) | Back Bay

Even with all expected VE action this is my favorite project in the city now. Transformation of that stretch of Mass Ave cannot come soon enough really.

Seaport Neighborhood - Infill and Discussion

Give it 10 years, at most.

10 World Trade | BGI Office Tower (Massport Parcel A2) | Seaport

I'd be interested to see how this tower meets WTC avenue. That little street can be made so nice if only they get rid of the stupid railings between sidewalk and the road and treated it less like a driveway...

    🔹 What's Happening With Project X?

Is there any news on 88 North Washington Street Hotel on Valenti Square?

ACC/NU Residence Hall | 840 Columbus Ave | Northeastern University

Hopefully there's some retail in the base. The area could use a nice coffee shop.

Seaport Sq. Block N | 350 Summer Street | Seaport

    Yeah, these look handsome.

Hurley Building Redevelopment | 19 Staniford St | West End

While trying to look up the difference between Hurley and Lindemann I discovered how amazing they look in old photos. I was really happy when I heard the news at first as I always hated and avoided these rundown buildings, but - wow. There's something really dreamy and evocative about these...

Eli Lilly IGM | 15 Necco Street | Fort Point

I like it although can't shake a feeling that it's trying too much...

    Logan Airport Capital Projects

I was wondering about that. Silver line is multiple stops outside of Logan and takes a while. But for Blue line shuttle and terminal shuttles - do they really need seats at all? Wouldn't it be simpler and faster if they were more like those shuttles you get from planes on apron?

Marine Wharf (Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites) | 660 Summer St | Seaport

Wait - they are going to have a blank wall overlooking the seaport?
