This is my second most favorite project in the city after Parcel 12 development over I90 - it is going to have a similar transformational impact to a forgotten corner of a long established area. It is unfortunate that it's taking this long - but at least the proposal is very solid.

I actually like this approach - it will continue the street wall at roughly the same height as Greenhouse apartments. Hopefully will provide a bit wider sidewalk...

Even with all expected VE action this is my favorite project in the city now. Transformation of that stretch of Mass Ave cannot come soon enough really.

I'd be interested to see how this tower meets WTC avenue. That little street can be made so nice if only they get rid of the stupid railings between sidewalk and the road and treated it less like a driveway...

I was wondering about that. Silver line is multiple stops outside of Logan and takes a while. But for Blue line shuttle and terminal shuttles - do they really need seats at all? Wouldn't it be simpler and faster if they were more like those shuttles you get from planes on apron?

Wait - they are going to have a blank wall overlooking the seaport?
