I am not sure about their strategy. I think the largest unserved Western European tourist destination from Boston is Vienna.

Since this is an all spec development I'm guessing it took a backseat to L4 which Amazon signed.

I don't see it that way. Currently, during peak times SL1 gets stuck behind all the cars trying to get to the terminals. It can take 30 mins to traverse terminals on SL1 during peak times. I got seriously stuck on it more than once and promised myself to only take it when traffic is light. When...
