I am not sure how good this gondolas are for commuters, but it's certainly a tourist attraction.

I was expecting Amazon to go into parcel D/88 Seaport, which was supposed to break ground in the spring afaik. This makes more sense for Amazon as they can grow nearby if needed but I wonder what it does for 88 Seaport development.

It’s so decoupled from the base architecturally that it creates effect of the top being from another building behind the base. And that’s the best thing I can say about this...

^^^ I don't think so, actually. I think the second render is the retail complex that is supposed to straddle the pike along Mass Ave. across from what used to be Best Buy but now is a TJMaxx

As it becomes more obvious that successful commercial development of 533 Washington is unlikely, I expect it to be scooped up by Suffolk or, more likely, Emerson.

Yeah, I am guessing that should be enough to accommodate 50,000 workers ;)
