I am clearly in a minority here - I actually like it from this angle. It's a pretty cool way to break up a large stocky building imho. What I am worried about is how it looks from Copley - and have seen no renderings from that angle yet...

^^^ One Seaport has a very large retail component - even with all these places opening and u/c there still looks to be a pretty substantial amount of space left to lease.

Re: 115 Winthrop Square | Financial District I wouldn't hold my breath for this tower to get slimmer. If anything they'll likely to go in the opposite direction trying to compensate for the lost height/revenue.

Yeah, well, you can tell this belongs to a suburban mall developer. I suspect they were never serious about the tower anyway...

Would it be that much more expensive to have screen for mechanicals match glass color? At least try to?
