Re: Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels) This is a CBT project by the way. I know because my friend is working on it.

    Dorchester Infill and Small Developments

This will be a nice improvement for the area, although they should have gone higher. They should be very desirable apts - right between a supermarket and a major transportation hub.

South Boston Infill and Small Developments

I don't think it looks dated at all. It's taking some modernist queues, but overall it looks pretty contemporary to me.

Re: Driven By Customer 'Service' Parte Dos I'd love to see a couple announcement signs in the main South Station lobby...do I have time to run upstairs to CVS or grab a cheeseburger?

Sketchup "renderings" always look crappy. This is being done by the same office that designed the Envoy Hotel being built in the Seaport so I'll reserve judgement until I see a better rendering or until it starts going up.

Re: Somerville Soccer Stadium Yeah, it seems like that happens just about every year, although last game was a bigger than average bump. I doubt that Revolution will be pulling anything close to 30,000 on average anytime soon. This is an intriguing idea, but it may be difficult based on...

That's a pretty neat concept - I'm actually surprised I've never seen something like it before. Is there a reason developers don't do this more often?

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

I think this building is the perfect scale for its location. With the roof deck it should be really nice. It's close enough to the street level as to liven up the atmosphere and ambiance of the area. It keeps a connection between the two zones but is far enough up to offer some privacy.
