I swear that the vast majority of these residents are smoking something funny that makes them have an adverse reaction that creates more city AND provides them with more activities year round. It just doesn't make sense.
I really like those Juliet-esque balconies. On a side note, BFD was on Boylston on Friday in this area, did something happen to the building or surrounding businesses?

My question is this, are all three levels of both podiums going to be retail? I know one houses the new ICON cinema, but what about the rest? Or do we have any of the details yet?

Grrr, that was the cheapest lot in the city to park when going out, provided you got there in time. Also, I feel like this could be a little bit taller by about 5 floors.
