I really like those Juliet-esque balconies. On a side note, BFD was on Boylston on Friday in this area, did something happen to the building or surrounding businesses?

I really like this design. It is simple, slender, and not out of place amongst its neighbors.

Only in Boston can you have a 700' down the street casting shadows on your neighbors home, but if it is on your home, OHH NO...not happening. Lol.

Re: 55 India St. l Greenway Grrr, that was the cheapest lot in the city to park when going out, provided you got there in time. Also, I feel like this could be a little bit taller by about 5 floors.
