Absolutely - we just did a backyard landscaping and got some of the reconditioned bricks (from a Maine factory being taken apart) which according to the wife looks 10x better than the new bricks (they better as they are 3x more expensive). There's a huge market for them in the new build housing...

At this rate, Logan will likely pass Detroit this year and possibly Minneapolis in passenger traffic rankings. Another few years like this and they'll have to think about more substantial expansion plans than what's on the table.

Re: South Station Tower I wonder if the general trend for larger more open work spaces that promote interaction is the driving force of the change...it looks like the office floor plans are substantially larger. I'm sure this is tenant driven but this trend for more productive work spaces come...

This is pretty silly - $670k for a brand study for a regulatory body in a city government...such a wasteful CYA move to implement totally obvious changes I feel like I could save them a lot of money...here it goes 1.) Define what your goals are for development in a clear and straight forward...

Re: South Station Tower I am more optimistic here, I think Hines is sitting on a gold mine but they haven't locked down a large anchor tenant and so the advance rate of any construction loan would be quite low. It's just to much equity risk for Hines to do on a spec basis. They are running...

I think the stark contrasts could potentially make this the gem of the area...We will see how the execution goes but its related so it will be a "premium" product. I have high hopes...what I do love is that there are only a handful of cities in the US where this type of development is even...

just looked at quarterly statistics and Logan is up more than 11% in Q1. I couldn't find a faster growing airport in North America...11% is right up there when compared to some of the larger EM's out there...pretty impressive stuff for an airport that hasn't added a new runway or material new...
