I noticed these saplings the other day and was pretty disappointed. The amount of money spent on this project and they still couldn't procure more mature trees. It's not impossible: I distinctly remember larger oaks going in at the parklet on the corner of Atlantic and Milk back in '04 or so.

That piece that sticks out is two elements: one portion is concrete (assuming a roof access point). The second shown in this pic below is steel for the screen/ crown. They’re both the same height and renders show a clean/ uniform peak, so I would presume that the top of this new piece of metal...

This tower really closes in the view from The Children’s Museum. It’s only one tower, but its height and placement make the view feel more urban; I’m happy about that.

Went through there this morning; this is the worst block(s) in the city for cyclists, for motorists, for urban planning, for social welfare/ city services. It's really the worst place in the entire city in my opinion.
