Northeast crane is definitely on the way up; probably keeping just ahead of the steel frame. Notice the climber now sitting above three distinct braces.

It would seem odd that they would leave the crane there if this is on an indefinite pause/ on the road to cancellation, right?

This helps explain why the core has come to a "rest" at floor 35 in the past few weeks and also perhaps why the climber was removed from the main tower crane: either this crane is going away before moving on to the final residential phase, or they just didn't need it while the steel fills in...

I think the idea is to have it ready for Spring 2024. My guess is that doing it all in one shot requires a 6 - 9 month construction window?
