What is the blue material? It looks like a plastic like Sintra or something along those lines. Looks terrible.

There was a brief discussion about the church two years ago. It should be somewhere in this thread. The developer said there would be more dormers added. I love that building and hope they don't destroy the roofline.

The rendering must show the Worcester Street side of the building.

There's an odd rendering of the renovation to New Hope church on Tremont Street. I guess it's being converted to 6 townhouses. The rendering shows entrances on what would become a second floor? Im not sure. This is from Curbed Boston

Re: Residences at Kensington They top panels look better in the photos than they look in real life. I walk by this building every morning. It really does look like it was made with cheap materials.

In that last photo it looks like someone used photoshop to make the seaport buildings bigger. It ruins the skyline.

That looks much bigger than I expected it to be from the rendering. Just an observation.

Why push them off to a university? Why cant they stay somewhere in the vicinity of DTC? There are often lines at some of the food stands, unless the weather is really bad. My office is on the block across from the Filenes building, Im down there every day. The carts provide a service. I cant...
