What is so bad about affordable housing? The two people that I know who purchased affordable units are architects. They care about their units, community, etc. What's wrong with some diversity (economic, etc.).

I had an office in that building for two years. I remember that ramp all too well.

The lower photo in KZs post looks like a building on Corey Road near Washington in Brookline, across from the Whole Foods

That would be ideal for Govt Center. Unfortunately the land is too valuable for something like this.

I didn't realize there was a second proposal that involved tearing down the facades. I love that little bank building on the corner. I wonder what the neighborhood response is going to be that tower. Actually, I know what the neighborhood response is going to be.
