Wish Boston wasn't as height averse in the greater metro area. It's great to see NY build up beyond the 5 burroughs. Feel like a project like this would only slightly have a chance in Somerville or Everett. But even then it would probably be DOA.

Is it possible to repeal the shadow law by getting signatures? I feel like a lot of people would be onboard with it as it's one of the most archaic laws we have in place.

They should switch the whole project to residential and make some more dents in the housing stock. This is a huge lot where don't need more lab space.

It could be worse. San Diego's airport is just as close if not closer to their downtown and their building height is capped 500'.

At what point does it become cheaper to start all over again? Feels like for $25 billion we could literally build brand new stations and utilize maglev VS what we have today.
