Windows starting to go in at 145. Instead of the nice blue seen in the rendering (see first post) they look like the same drab windows in all the other Kendall buildings...

Crane is coming down this weekend. On Friday a self erecting crane had already begun disassembly.

Right around the corner they've set up a leasing office and 'demo' kitchen, in the lobby of 90 Broadway.

Also a bit of architectural license. This artist rendering has the Kendall station entrance way farther back form the street than it actually is, which is over-emphasizing that particular cantilever.

Correct. What you are seeing are little frosted squares to cut down on the direct sunlight glare. Solar was investigated, but installation and maintenance of a clear system was prohibitively expensive.
