That's a very tasteful and well-synched up addition .......aside from the assinine cheap looking white frosting crown. Wipe that shit off (or change the color, texture or look of that crown) and you have a great project. .

Between this and the P+G announcement today of the new $1 billion HQ on Fort Point, things are beginning to look up a little. This summer, the Seaport will be even more dynamic and lively and the next few years will bring a more vibrant Fort Point.

I can only surmise this development all along has been some sort of tax-loss strategy??????
