And further, Mass and Cass is hyperlocalized. Three blocks down Harrison from Mass Ave, by BWSC, you see no sign of anything amiss.

TFA has a history of unhinged comments and outbursts. The typos here are the type of things she would put on twitter in the past.

Bartlett Yards | 2505-2565 Washington Street | Roxbury

It's interesting how much nicer the MPNDC developments at Whittier Choice + Madison Park look than Bartlett. They've also moved faster. Wonder what there is to be learned.

    Cambridge Crossing (NorthPoint) | East Cambridge/Charlestown | Cambridge/Boston

This is all the CRA. A Cambridge gov't source says that their planners (+ Cambridge City ones) are inordinately fond of these roadfume parks and no one can convince them otherwise.

BPDA Austin Street Parking Lot Development | Charlestown

Jamaica Plain Infill and Small Developments

JP residents continually block projects around Green St station (and by Jackson Sq and Stony Brook), anything that would pencil on Centre St to replace single story taxpayers, and dense infill throughout. Occasional exceptions notwithstanding. Look at PLAN JP Rox: the requirements the...

Jamaica Plain Infill and Small Developments

    The New Retail Thread

This is fantastic. A really great location for more cafes and open air dining. Will just attract passersby too. It feels like when it first opened, 1 lincoln had some prominent restaurants and has not really kept that up since the pandemic.
