    Grounding the McGrath

I see construction is under way on the stretch of Rt28 between Broadway and Mystic. It appears a lane is being removed along Foss Park. I looked for drawings from DOT to no avail but I assume bike paths are being continued along the road from the other side of the 93 with an ultimate connection...

West Cambridge / Alewife Area Infill & Small Developments

Man, the units in that building have no color what so ever! Bland on bland, not even an accent wall. Sad that a lot of folks don't like to have color in their lives. Maybe they had art work was on the walls?

It would make sense to be lit up if it was the roof top gym space with Kawneer panels or something, but from the looks of the plans its just mech space (with the gym just below).

General Services Administration Sale of Federal Buildings in Boston

This is good but go a step further and use the GSA land for a North/ South rail head house and mechanical venting spot so the tunnel can go unde the Charles with housing and hotels on top, similar to the silver line under the channel. The street could be where th rail tunnel runs.

Copley Square Revamp | Back Bay

The city is getting activity in the park and supporting local business, sounds good to me. The brewery on the common/ Boylston stop was a nice activation of the Tremont Corner. I think the City and parks department have the right idea about activities in the city. People on streets make for safe...
