Interesting lab tower proposal at 45 Mystic Ave in Somerville (near Assembly Row/Sullivan Square). 51,000sf, 10 floors, 125' height x 91' depth x 59' width designed by Context. Perhaps 36 Hampshire in Cambridge was the precedent here as it seems to go against all land-scraping lab design...

Anyone know what's going on with 10 Stack Street? Got approval in 2019 and the official website still says under construction, Q1 2024 delivery. That said, since some early excavation/construction work on the site, all construction seems to have stopped and there haven't been any updates on...

Latest plans (page 16) for 74M show 299'-8" from grade to top of mechanical penthouse with Brickyard at Assembly (120 Middlesex) being 299' to the t.o. mechanical penthouse. Still remarkably tall for Somerville and will give Assembly Row a proper skyline in the coming years...

Nice to see the first official indication that this will be a "CQ" (Club Quarters) hotel via branding at the entrance. A good indication that this one will be ready to go once approved!
