Beth Israel West Campus Inpatient Building | 111 Francis St | Longwood

Went for a lil after work walk to check in on this one today: I suppose this means a donor/naming announcement is coming soon. Sign on the door says "opening March 2023" That said, it looks like a partial opening of the building allowed for the new ambulance bays to be operable...

  4. NorthshoreCity

775 Huntington Avenue | Mission Hill

This building has been approved! Despite getting a lil haircut on the height I think this building went through a nice evolution. The street condition is on point with small scale retail proposed for the space. All renderings via the BPDA...

    Parcel R-1 | 55 Hudson | Chinatown

12 floors, 158' tall. Not sure how feasible a 12 storey living wall will be but one can dream that it won't get VE'd out, right? via PNF: https://bpda.app.box.com/s/mhd7lfl7wqvsra2umzsg4ah19a43kr0x

Imagine earning a $160k salary and only being able to afford a studio in this building? Insane.

View Boston (Observatory) | Prudential Tower | Back Bay

Anyone know anything about this? 2021 FAA submission for an approved antenna height increase from 907' to 940' above grade. Judging by the photos the antenna addition hasn't happened yet but may happen by the summer...

Shreve, Crump & Low Redevelopment | 334-364 Boylston Street | Back Bay

Kenmore Square North and now this; Boston is really deleting all of the character from its most prominent intersections.

Lyra (née The Huntington) | 252/258/264 Huntington Avenue | Fenway

Found the FAA records for the height on this one. 398' to the top of the top of the building and they requested an obstruction evaluation extension earlier this year for the building whereas they have not done so for the tower crane yet...

Lyrik Back Bay | 1001 Boylston Street (Parcel 12) | Back Bay

Today from LMA: Note: 2 floors of the core have been poured since the photo I took about a week ago.

The Bon | 1260 Boylston Street | Fenway

Nice to see Fenway didn't go the Seaport route and provided some solid cladding variation between recent developments. From today:

Lyrik Back Bay | 1001 Boylston Street (Parcel 12) | Back Bay

Core still has a lil ways to go but it's already providing an excellent preview of the impact this building will have on the skyline:

Lyrik Back Bay | 1001 Boylston Street (Parcel 12) | Back Bay

When I entered the information on SkyscraperPage I used the BPDA's approved height "not including mech. penthouse" of 298' then referenced the official height from the CTBUH for the roof which they listed as 324'. Afaik this should be the actual height, but either way those floor counts are correct.
